Laura Linney

Laura Linney, born February 5, 1964, in New York New York U.S.A. She is an American actress who is known for her portrayal of tough, yet vulnerable characters. Linney is a member of a theater family her father was a playwright, Romulus Linney. In 1986, she received her degree at Brown University. She then went on to study Theatre Arts at Arts Theatre School Moscow before graduating from Juilliard School with a M.F.A. which was located in New York City in 1990.
