Ana Isabelle Bio

Ana Isabel Acevedo Aviles (born December 7, 1977) is a Puerto Rican dancer, singer and actress. As of 2009 she was the winner of Univision's Viva el Sueno. Ana Isabelle, a Puerto Rican Award-Winning Actress, Songwriter and dancer, was unstoppable in landing Steven Spielberg's West Side Story remake, filming was done on location at New York City. The actress also starred alongside Laurence Fishburne on the film Imprisoned. Isabelle also co-starred with Coppola in the Dementia 13 remake. Ana debuted in Seasons Of Love in US Television opposite Taraji, P.Henson, Gladys Knight and Method Man. The first Latina artist to be featured in a TNT NBA All Stars Commercial was Ana and actor Chazz Palminteri, paying tribute to great basketball players ever by singing Kanye's song "Power". Television credits include Younger Strangers and Big Dogs. Her most recent television credits include: Younger, Strangers and Big Dogs. New York Stage Debut Off Broadway in the musical I Like it Like That with Tito Nieves and won Broadway Worlds Regional Award for the Best Actress as well as for her role as Eva Peron in Asolo Repertory Theatre Evita and Anita in Guthrie Theater's West Side Story. The shows she has performed at have sold out and she's performed in solo shows as well as duets together with Gilberto Santa Rosa. She's released three highly popular album in Latin America and the US and won the hearts of over thirty million Latinos who participated in the voting process and helped make them the winners of Viva el Sueno the music reality show produced by Univision in which Ana Isabelle was crowned as the new Latin music rising star. Billboard Magazine called her An Artist To Be Watching.
