
Lowell began acting when she starred in Dangerously Close. She then played a small part on the Robin Williams film Club Paradise. 4 She progressed to roles including co-starring in the role of Bond girl Pam Bouvier in the James Bond movie Licence to Kill (1989) and, starting in 1996 she was the assistant district attorney Jamie Ross for two seasons in the drama television series Law & Order, a role she reprised in 2005 for a guest role on its spinoff, Law & Order: Trial by Jury, and later on in the original series in 2022, when it was relaunched for a 21st-season. [6] Immediately before getting this role she was unhappy with her acting career and decided to pursue a degree in documentary filmmaking at New York University.
